The second vintage of our Grenache Rosé turns up the flavors – and even the color – of this refreshing wine. Produced from a single steep vineyard block, the grapes are the only Grenache grown in the Oakville AVA. Harvest of these grapes began at dawn and was punctuated by a fast-moving rain and lightning storm, freshening the air and the aroma of chapparal on the outskirts of the vineyard. Pale coral in color, this Rosé is crisp and clean with aromas of watermelon, sweet cherry and honeydew melon, with hints of rose petals and delicate mint. Tangy fruit flavors are refreshing and bright, with savory notes of strawberry and ruby red grapefruit.
