Oakville Ranch Napa Valley is our proprietary blend of Bordeaux varietals comprising the ultimate representation of vintage and place. Each vintage, this signature wine is crafted from those barrels that stand out as the best of the best, the authentic depiction of our exceptional terroir and the vintage. The 2021 vintage began with the driest winter in a decade, prolonging drought conditions and leading to a warm summer and early harvest of reduced yield and small berry size. It was a vintage of great power and concentration.

The 2021 Oakville Ranch is layered and expansive, with aromas that suggest the herbal nuances of chaparral, tobacco and black fig. On the palate it is rich and earthy with ripe dark fruits backed by hints of oak and finishing with notes of caramel and ripe raspberry.
